TorrentPortal – Lots of Ads, but if you can get past them its a gold mine of great torrents.
Demonoid - A great community, invite only.
JabberWalker – Another torrent search page.
TorrentBytes - A nice simple forum style torrent list site.
MegaNova – In the wake of SuprNova, nice fast search.
IsoHunt – Massive search index, very detailed info on torrents too
MiniNova – Similar to MegaNova, a very current selection of torrents.
Zoogle – Like Google but for torrents, also lists UseNet and eDonkey.

I use µTorrent when on Windows, and BitTorrent on Mac…

On the comment side – My favourite client on windows is µTorrent, and on linux I normally opt for Azureus despite its size… Anyone know of any comparable linux clients?

Well, after DataGalaxy has been closed… i was searching for another legal trackersite. I found another with legal BitTorrent Downloads! I like the style somehow and that there are no f*cking popup ads! Also more then 10 languages available (maybe 13 or 14…i forgot XD). Whatever, IF you like legal stuff then it is worth a visit
