When I was on Windows I used Firefox all of the time, but on Mac it's not as good. Anyway, most people who are not that into technology or don't know much about PCs hardly know what a browser is and the differences. I managed to convert a few friends and family to Firefox and they like it but there is no way to show how good Firefox is to the average user as they consider looking at the internet perfect in IE and don't want to do anything to muck up their PC. Mozilla need to find a way to get to the average user who does not know much about PCs and the people who just look at the internet for emails, fun etc.
