Viewing hidden comments on Myspace
Coding, Geeky, Web April 22nd, 2006Myspace is pretty huge now, there are millions of accounts. This remains one of the most useful hacks around for it. Many myspacers use CSS to hide their comments, friends list and blog links. This process can be a little complicated for some people, so if you’re up for it, read on.
These CSS elements are not deleted tho and are still available publicly to anyone. You can view them by one of two methods below:
Method 1 For profiles like this where you can’t see the comments or friends sections you need to look at the address bar.
You need to write down or remember the number at the end of the profile name, in this case it is 10023809, this number is the code for the myspace profile. This number can then be put into the various addresses for the comments page and friends pages:
For comments:
http://comments.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.HomeComments&friendID=ProfileCode eg: http://comments.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.HomeComments&friendID=10023809
For blogs:
http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=ProfileCode eg: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=10023809
and for friends lists:
http://home7.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewfriends&friendID=ProfileCode eg: http://home7.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewfriends&friendID=10023809
and then paste this back into the address bar and hit go!
Method 2 If you are using Firefox, you can view myspace profiles without any styles my clicking the “View” menu, then “Page Style” and selecting “No Style”, this will remove any custom styles (css) from the profile and show it in its raw form with comments, friends list, top8 and blog links.

Cheers for that, I was expecting it to be fairly easy but didn’t realise it’d just be a case of clicking on a button. Thanks!

To the person who posted above about the codes not working, you’ve got to take out the spaces (if there are any) and the ’strong’ bits in brackets, so you need to copy and paste:
http://comments.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.HomeComments&friendID=
Into the address line of your browser, with the friend ID number at the end.

ahahaha oh shit I just did it to my homegurl & I see her comments that clean. This reminds me when that one man put that “worm” on myspace n everytime you wanted to view someone page it redirect you to his anti-bush government inside job terror plot of 9/11 & until you removed the code in the “About Me” section of ya page it’ll keep happening. Myspace has a lot of loops tho fa real but yea thanks peace!!!!

These codes do not work. I tried them several times and it still says the user is set to private. Does anyone really know how to access these pages with codes?
