These codes do not work. I tried them several times and it still says the user is set to private. Does anyone really know how to access these pages with codes?

i mean i try this http://comments.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.HomeComments&fri endID=10023809 but it said that i have to be his/her friend first, but they’re already my friend .. how is that?
