Geekoff – TLAs
Geeky May 10th, 2006Leaning, knowing and utilizing TLA's (Three Letter Acronyms) or Initialism's is basic food for us Geeks.
The day has'nt been worth blogging about if you have'nt dropped a TLA into a meeting or phone conference. It has been a great day if you manage to do that and confuse a non-geek at the same time!
So this week's GeekOff is to come up with the best and funniest new geeky acronym (Geekcronymn?).
Here are a few to get you started that I use regularly:
STFO – Switch the fu**** off
PEBSAD – Problem Exists Between Seat And Desk
SEP – Someone Elses Problem
MIGA – Make It Go Away
The winner will be crowned "Geek Of The Week" [insert fanfare here].

there are a lot of old ones that are good, but any new situations that need an acronym? Maybe we can make a new one?
How about something to counter the “oh, I had a question for you…it’s not work-related though…I have this computer at home, and it’s really slow…”
