There are so many CV/resume companies on the Internet it’s hard to recommend someone i’m afraid. Another bit of advice would be to ask each agency you speak to about your CV/resume and ask them to make suggestions. After all- they look at them all day and would know a bad one from a winner!

And yes, C.V. is not a very widely used term – but here in the UK, it is always referred to as “your CV”.

Wrong on marital status — employers can’t ask and job-seekers have no need to tell. Recommend a good, cheap sample resume book for your readers. Also, a c.v. is for academics — business people still refer to “your resume.”
